Packages make your life easier
I bought a package. Now what?
Once the package has been paid for, you can access all the available appointments in the Client Portal (above). Remember to click on the Packages tab to see all active packages.
I don’t have any appointments remaining. How do I book a new package?
Use the Packages link from the main menu to select and pay for a new package. Once you have confirmed the purchase, it will automatically be available in the Client Portal. Remember to check your email for the confirmation of purchase, including your unique link to access the Client Portal.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Select the appointment from the Appointments tab in the Client Portal and edit it from the 3-dots menu. Remember that appointments can only be cancelled or rescheduled more than 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or reschedules (i.e. less than 4 hours before the start time) will be chargeable in full.
I can’t access the Client Portal. Help!
Use the unique link that was received in the confirmation email that you received when you purchased the package. If you don’t have that email any longer, you can request a new link on the Client Portal. If you still need assistance, reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form at the bottom of this page.
I can’t see my packages in the Client Portal.
First, ensure that you still have an active package available. Remember that packages expire after 12 months since the date of purchase. This is to encourage you to follow through with your intentions to own your life.
If you have a valid package available, select the Packages tab from the menu in the Client Portal. The menu is indicated by 3 lines on the top right corner if accessing from your mobile device. If accessing from your desktop, expand the sidebar by selecting the second last icon on the left of the Client Portal.
