A 45 minute coaching session conducted through a video call or text at a time and place that is convenient for you.
We can deal with any areas of growth or concern that you would like to address. The following are some of the areas that I deal with a lot, but our discussion is not limited to these topics:
- Self-Esteem or self-discovery
- Childhood trauma that still impacts adult relationships
- Relationship counselling
- Divorce with dignity
- Career development in a toxic workplace
- Self-defeating behaviours
- Mindfulness and well-being
The session is shaped around what is most important to you. Doing the Handwriting Analysis as a starting point is usually a good way of identifying a point of departure but is not mandatory.
Why 45 minutes?
Due to it being a virtual consultation, 15 minutes is set aside after the call to collate notes and provide feedback on the outcomes of the session. This is then emailed to you for your records and action steps going forward.
Do I have to do the Handwriting Analysis as well?
No. The handwriting analysis is optional. If you have a clear understanding of what you would like to focus on, it’s not needed. But if you’re struggling to identify a starting point in your personal development journey then the Handwriting Analysis is a good place to start.
How often should I have a coaching session?
The pace is determined by you, with input from me. Depending on the development areas that we identify, it could require frequent consultations until the approach is solidified, or it could require a weekly or fortnightly session to track progress and realign based on the progress at that point.
Which video calling platforms do you support?
Currently, I support Skype, Zoom, Messenger, and WhatsApp. Zoom or Skype is preferred due to it having a more reliable video streaming quality. But I’ll do my best to work with whichever works best for you.
