60 minute coaching session
Want to take your life to the next level? Or maybe you just need help to get moving on that idea that you’ve been sitting on for so long? If you’re feeling stuck, or you know that something needs to change but you’re just not sure what, then coaching is a great way to reconnect with who you are and where you’re at in life, so that you can regain your focus on your dreams and aspirations, and come up with meaningful plans to achieve them.
Coaching is different from therapy or counselling in that it drives towards outcomes, not just the unpacking of problems. The coaching process focuses on achieving a positive shift in your awareness and your behaviour so that you are empowered to own your life, without being a detrimental force in the lives of others.
How often should I have a coaching session?
The pace is determined by you, with input from me. Depending on the development areas that we identify, it could require frequent consultations until the approach is solidified, or it could require a weekly or fortnightly session to track progress and realign based on the progress at that point.
Do you offer virtual coaching sessions?
Yes, I do. Currently, I support Skype, Zoom, Messenger, and WhatsApp. Zoom or Skype is preferred due to it having a more reliable video streaming quality. But I’ll do my best to work with whichever works best for you.
Can you do voice calls?
Yes, voice calls can be done.
What if I prefer a face-to-face consultation?
Face-to-face consultations are available. Venue arrangements are flexible and can be done anywhere in the greater Johannesburg area. If more than 5km away from my offices, a surcharge may apply to cover travel costs.
Where and when do you offer coaching?
All sessions are booked against Central African Time (CAT). Please use the booking form to confirm your preferred date and time.
